We understand that we cannot achieve equality for all by treating everyone the same, we have equal rights but we may have different needs. We are committed to anti discriminatory practice for children, families and staff. We are committed to challenging attitudes that promote discrimination, ensuring respect for all and preparing all our children for life in a diverse society.
